Positive: Size of home, location, amenities.
Negative: Home needs maintenance items addressed. BBQ is filthy. Bathrooms fans need to be cleaned badly. Carpet upstairs is dirty and needs to be replaced. Living room clock needs a battery. Cobwebs in the bedrooms need to be cleaned. Drapery rod in front bedroom needs to be reattached to the wall. Windows outside need to be washed.
Summary: The home is very nice. Location is wonderful.
